Patricia Kastner has been driving forward the topics of (digital) transformation, international growth, process innovation and scaling via corporate values and active change management with great verve and enthusiasm since 1997. In particular, as founder and active shareholder of the international software company Contentserv Group AG, she has personally experienced or managed all important organizational, development and expansion phases from start-up to international player in 12 countries in her 22 years.

  • With her hands-on mentality, her empathy and her motivational power, she can therefore particularly support companies in successfully establishing global marketing and sales processes through digitalization and thereby very efficiently expand market share. Especially through digital marketing and cloud-based sales models, combined with a culture-oriented corporate management, companies can be brought into new dimensions – for this Patricia Kastner knows through her 20 years of experience what leads to success and what should rather be left out.
  • She currently enjoys helping companies expand their global footprint and is particularly dedicated to digital marketing and sales processes through the new cloud opportunities. She has built an operations team in Manila that can help support management as needed in an attractive value proposition in online marketing, support and customer success.
  • Patricia has guided about 150 well-known companies in the DACH region in their digitalization strategy over the last 22 years. In particular, she has intensively advised industrial, retail and brand companies in the transformation of marketing and sales processes.
  • Since 2020, she has been working as a consultant, interim manager, business angel and co-founder, especially in the software industry. She therefore brings a high technical understanding of technologies and many years of experience in product management. She always tries to build up technology and digitalization of processes in the sense of customer experience management in a way that creates sustainable customer experiences.
  • She is also involved as an advisory board member and demonstrates to other women that female leadership promotes sustainable corporate development and that children can grow up happy and fulfilled despite the mother’s successful career.

During her business studies in Regensburg and Munich, she founded two companies and marketed a Munich software company in the USA, which was then successfully bought out after a few months. In 1999, together with Alexander Wörl, she founded the software company Contentserv, which she built up without VC capital and with a lot of commitment, 400 employees and branches from Japan to the USA and actively managed for more than 20 years. Patricia Kastner is a child of the digital revolution and is still excited every day about what is possible with the latest technology. Therefore, she propagates cloud-based sales and marketing processes and structures that enable enormous international scaling. Process optimization is her passion and she can quickly motivate teams with her infectious nature to actively support and drive the necessary changes.

Patricia Kastner currently lives on the Swiss side of Lake Constance between Zurich and Constance and has never forgotten her down-to-earth Bavarian roots despite many international stations in Silicon Valley, Tokyo, and Pune (India).
